“How do I remove the watch band?”
The WobL and WobL+ watch bands are attached with a spring-loaded bar similar to other watches. Insert the end of a paperclip into the hole on one side of the watch case, pressing towards the band, to compress the spring bar and release the band.
“The face is blank, what does this mean?”
If your watch face is blank, you likely need to change the battery. Detailed instructions on how to change the watch battery are located on the second page of the downloadable instruction sheet or the printed instructions included with your watch.
“The face seems to be working but my watch is not vibrating; what do I do?”
If your WobL is keeping time but not vibrating, it probably needs a fresh battery. If the battery does not have enough power, the vibration function will not work.
“My watch is vibrating non-stop and I can’t turn it off; what’s going on?”
If your WobL is vibrating non-stop or won’t let you turn it off or unlock the function buttons, it probably needs a fresh battery. If the battery does not have enough power, certain functions will not work or will not disengage.
“How long will the battery last?”
Battery life depends on several factors, including how many alarms are set and if it is vibrating, alarming, or both. When set to vibrate and going off 4 or more times a day, the battery will last between 2 and 4 months. The vibration mechanism requires more power than a standard watch.
“What type of battery do the WobL and WobL+ take?”
WobL uses a CR2032 watch battery.
