FAQ’s

“How do I get the band to come off?”
The watch actually has the same watch pin that most watches come with. Stick a paperclip in the hole on the side of the watch case and this will retract the pin.

“The face is blank, what does this mean?”
If your watch face is blank it most likely means that you will need to change the battery. Please see the instructions on how to change the watch battery located on the second page of the downloadable instruction sheet on our website, or those included with your watch.

“The face seems to be working but my watch is not vibrating what do I do?”
If your WobL seems to be working but not the vibration it most likely needs the battery replaced. If the battery does not have enough power left the vibration function cannot work.

“How long will the battery last?”
The life of the battery depends on how many times you have it going off and also if you have it vibrating or alarming. If you have it on vibration and it is going off at least 4 or more times a day the battery is only going to last about 2 – 4 months. This is due to the vibration mechanism.

“What type of battery does the WobL take?”
WobL uses a CR2032 watch battery.
